The order of work
Who does what, and when
You share the plan
A plan, a planting list and the client’s address. Sinead checks the permit rules for that address.
We set the water
Pipe, valves, basins, downspout connections and any tank, with outlets where your plan calls for them.
You plant
We hand over marked outlets and an owner sheet, and your crew plants and mulches.
We close it out
We meet the inspector, and we give your client the sheet on running the system.

Do you work to my drawings?
Yes. If something in the plan will not work for the plumbing or the rules, we tell you before we price it.
Whose license is on the permit?
Ours, for the plumbing. Your work stays under yours.
Can you do drip and irrigation?
We connect to it from the water side. We do not design irrigation, and we leave that to you.
Do you take referrals?
Yes. Send us the client’s address and what you have in mind.
